How long will my order take to complete?
In most cases, your order will take seven working days to complete.
Rush orders are available on request.
Where are the awards made?
Our awards are produced on premises. Feel free to stop in and I will
be happy to show you how it's done.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit
Cards.
Do you require a deposit to start the
order?
In most cases no. For large orders with custom components, a deposit
may be needed.
I'm not sure I have camera-ready artwork,
how do I know?
Camera-ready artwork is a Black and White printed image (an actual
hard copy.) If you are still unsure, feel free to contact
us or even fax over a copy of your image. We will be glad to help.
Can you ship my order?
Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the United States.
